Everything was spotless and the staff were friendly, plus the location off I‑26 was convenient. The bathroom sink had weak water pressure, the sheets felt a bit scratchy, and the bed wasn’t as comfortable as others.

The place was very clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast options were good. However, the bed was hard to get comfortable in and I woke up with lower back pain because the pillows were too soft and mushy.

The room was filled with dirty rags. I asked for a full refund, but they said they needed to get approval from the general manager, so I probably won’t get one. I’m really upset because I used to love Fairfield.
