The rooms were well maintained and cleaned, and the food was delicious—pure veg. However, the staff’s behaviour and service were lacking.

The hotel rooms are excellent, and the staff were very polite and supportive. The ambience was great and the location was good, but the bathroom didn’t provide any towels or napkins.

The washroom was very good and the food was okay. Yet, the focus on making more money rather than caring for guests showed during our three‑day stay. There was no ventilation, which was horrible.
