“Short staffed newly remodeled hotel.”
The staff were wonderful—very kind and ready to help—but there weren't enough people on the property, so finding someone was difficult. The cleaning felt rushed, and the room was quite dirty beyond the freshly made beds, even though the beds themselves were neat.
“Very pleasant.”
The room was clean and comfortable, but breakfast was good.
Everything was perfect, and there was nothing negative.
“Convenient location to Cheyenne frontier days”
The location was convenient for Cheyenne Frontier Days, but the ADA room’s shower needed some updating.
“Great place to stay while visiting Frontier Days!”
The interior looked new, and the rooms were comfortable and clean, and it was close to the Frontier Days grounds. However, the breakfast and coffee areas were pretty messy and dirty; it would have been a better experience if those spots had been tidied during peak times.
