We booked Room 1 on the ground floor for a single night; the room was nicely decorated, clean, and equipped with everything you’d need for a longer stay, including an electric hob. The photos matched the room exactly, and we slept comfortably. The owner was responsive, and we’d consider staying again in Skipton if the room opens up.

The central spot was great, the rooms were spacious, well decorated, and very clean. The bed was uncomfortable, the fridge made odd noises, and the windows didn’t block street noise or the church bells that rang every 15 minutes—double glazing would help.
