“Excelente hotel na Serra Fluminense!!...”
I liked the natural setting, the comfort, the silence, and the team. The price for laundry and ironing services is a bit high.

Everything was top. Nothing at all, everything was perfect.

The setting itself is gorgeous thanks to the surrounding nature, and the hotel is impeccably stylish from the entrance to the rooms, offering a cozy and relaxing vibe. The heated pool with soothing music is fantastic, though the fixed opening hours felt a bit restrictive since each guest could have a different schedule. Riding a quad or strolling around the property is a delight! The restaurant serves delicious food, and it was great to experience it. The front‑desk service was excellent, but the reservation process was off‑kilter: the staff demanded upfront payment and proof of payment or the booking would be voided, which felt rude even for international travelers. As a boutique hotel, the wine cellar should have offered a broader selection of quality wines, especially Italian varieties like Primitivo. When we ordered a wine and two bottles of water, the staff brought oversized water glasses that weren’t suitable for wine, and the waiter simply poured the entire bottle into the glass. On the 15th, live music with a maestro was enjoyable but not quite fitting for ambient background; the maestro’s interactive, bar‑style approach clashed with the setting. Breakfast was tasty, but some items needed to be requested on the spot, and given the room rate and the displayed buffet, nothing was truly surprising; we expected more.

Everything was perfect—the chalet, the staff, the restaurant and the hot tub—making it an excellent spot for a relaxing day, and there was nothing negative to mention.

The room was very good and pretty. Moving around the lodge is a bit hard because of the distance and sometimes you need staff to help, which takes away some freedom.
