Good location and good value for money. Staff were very friendly, and it’s great that the reception is open 24/7.

The hotel is in a convenient spot and the staff were helpful, but the elevator was awful, housekeeping never happened, and both the room and bathroom were tiny.

We were a group of 15 people and booked several rooms on different floors; all were very clean and well equipped. We arrived at night and were warmly welcomed. The staff were available 24 hours, and everyone was very friendly, especially Sadik. The hotel’s location is very central and the metro station is just a quick walk away.
