Bath room was clean. Behaviour of front office staff (man ) was insisting to have one of our visitor ID a copy , who was a business partner of us Who wanted to spend few hours during the day till his return flight back to USA and he was 76 year old man Amrican National . We have showed his DL id but the reception staff refused to accept it by saying that this is an American ID and I want Indian ID. How stupid he was. Our business partner spent time with us in hotel from 3.30pm to 6pm ONLY. Then he went back to air port , and his flight was in the evening same day. Kindly keep some decent front office personal
“Disappointing Jain Breakfast Option at a Decent Hotel”
I had a decent stay at this hotel, but I was disappointed to find out that they didn't have a Jain breakfast option available. The hotel's location and amenities were satisfactory, but the lack of this specific meal choice was a drawback for me.

This hotel's proximity to the airport and good restaurant were definite positives, but unfortunately, the lack of a view and the fact that it's primarily a stopover hotel made for a somewhat unfulfilling stay.

While the hotel's location was convenient for my needs, my stay was unfortunately spoiled by a number of issues with the room itself. The strong smell of perfume, the dirty bathroom carpet, and the presence of bugs in the bed made for an unpleasant experience.
