The front‑desk staff were charming; it was a pleasure to be welcomed like that! Thank you! The room was pleasant and very clean. One thing to note: a shower seal is starting to come loose.
I liked the Jacuzzi and sauna, but the room was dirty and had bugs.
There was no capsule coffee machine, herbal tea, or tea in the room, and the view from the window was marred by the poorly cleaned exterior walls on the Mont Blanc side.
Breakfast was decent and I was satisfied with the price I paid for the night. The room had two extra pillows instead of just one, and there was no hairdryer.
