“Property is too good but the staff is average”

The view from the property was spectacular, making the outside scenery worth it, yet the staff were unhelpful and did not answer calls.

Big room and 2 bathroom I felt the money was not worth the sofabed available, they charge 700 per room extra for small kids 6 and 9 years old. - In the bathroom only hot water was coming - the blanket was small for two people to cover. The cold disturbed the sleep overnight - The swimming pool is ice chill cold. - food delivery took 1 hour

“Comparatively cheaper with great valley view, but come only if you don't care about personal hygiene”

The location and size of the property were good, and the room offered a great valley view, but the lack of cleanliness, poor hygiene, incompetent staff, and a poorly maintained road to the hotel caused trouble during rain.
