How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were attentive, the place was quiet, and the value for money was good. On the second night the temperature kept dropping, so it wasn’t very comfortable. The restaurant, from what we saw, is in decline, but the lady was very attentive.

There are no early breakfasts, so you have to request one. The noise level was also very high.

The only good thing was the view of the pool from the room. The cleaning service was terrible: everything was dirty, the sheets were unclean, there were hairs, the pillows felt like rags, the blinds were falling. We paid for three people but only one towel was provided in the bathroom. Dead insects were found in the bathroom and in the room. The climate was awful, with intense and dirty noise that caused an allergy. There was no Wi‑Fi signal at all. When we asked for a blanket, it wasn’t delivered to the room; we had to go down to reception and leave identification. The TV had no signal. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place, if you can even call it a hotel.
