How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was comfy and clean, with just enough kitchenware to cook. The building that houses the hotel is awful, the location isn’t great, and it’s far from attractions, though the metro is only 700 m away.

The owner was very friendly and punctual with check‑in. Within a 5‑7 minute walk you find a Sas supermarket, a currency exchange, and a VTB ATM. The ceiling fan is great, but sleeping with the AC on feels unnecessary. The only downside is the mop‑water splash; otherwise everything is excellent.

The spot is close to the metro. The kitchen is a disaster: only a microwave, a kettle, a pot, four small plates, a few cutlery items, and one tiny knife—nothing else. There’s no sink, and the washing machine isn’t available. Total catastrophe.

The place is just a stone’s throw from the metro, the price was right and the room was spotless with solid Wi‑Fi and a quiet vibe. The only thing missing were basic cleaning supplies – no sponge or cloth, and the bathroom didn’t have a shelf for toiletries.

The listing said the washing machine was included, yet the host told us it was extra, which felt off, especially when the hostess argued we shouldn’t be charged for water and electricity. The owner himself was friendly, but the whole situation was confusing and left a sour taste. A stove and proper cookware would have made the stay much smoother.
