“Comfortable stay”
Great attitude from staff. They were very helpful and accommodating. They let us have a late check-in, up to 12.30am if needed as we were travelling from a London show, but we were able to arrive by 11.45pm. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here. The bathroom had a stale smell, mostly because there isn't a window just a very small exhaust fan. The sink tap was very loose and hard to turn on/off as a result. But since we only needed it for 2 nights as a base to visit London and Hampton it served our purpose well
Loved the staff—so helpful. Mason was always smiling and nothing too much trouble, and Gammi cooked our extremely good breakfasts every day, was very helpful, courteous, and hardworking. Towels and linen were changed daily, which was a very nice service. In extreme heat, air‑conditioning would have been good, but it is a pub and we were provided with fans, so all good.
“Perfect for a short stay.”
The spot was spot on and the staff were super friendly and welcoming, even though the room was in a pub, there was no noise at all, so I slept like a dream. The place could use a little makeover, but it was clean and comfy.
“Would definitely return”
Great location close to Heathrow with free parking, great food, and a nice pub below! Really friendly service! Nothing negative.
“Comfortable.”
The location is away from the busy high street but close enough to walk to it. The carpet in the room and on the stairs needs changing.
