The room was a good size, but the Springhill Suite staff double‑charged me. I had booked originally, yet at check‑in I was told reservations weren’t working and that I’d have to pay Springhill Suites directly and then get a refund from . After they charged my card, they later discovered the reservation had actually worked correctly (it would have been better if they hadn’t assumed a problem before charging me a second time). They promised the extra charge wouldn’t hit my card, but it did. Now I’m stuck dealing with Springhill Suites Sugar House to recover my money. My first call to fix this began with “Ozzie and ONLY Ozzie can reverse that charge and he might be in today or maybe Monday.”
