The staff are really helpful. Entire stay was unpleasant, the room is full of cockroaches, dirty, all rooms smelled cigarettes, no soap, nothing clean, I don't even give 1 star for this. No maintenance at all. They promised breakfast, but there is none. Total fake apartment

The room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was tidy, but the staff’s response left me dissatisfied. We presented the paid bill, yet they claimed it hadn’t been received and told us to call the payer; that felt insulting. The room was handed over late, and when the hotel is booked online, management should clarify the customer’s payment with the online receipt.
