The spot is a 15‑minute walk from town, and the surprise was a gorgeous garden overlooking the lake where breakfast was served. The host was flexible with a late check‑in. The rooms were a bit small.

A very enjoyable stay! The property sits in a great spot in Bellagio—quiet yet with good access to the center and the lake. The room was clean, well‑kept, and comfortable, exactly as described. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, giving detailed information about transport and the stay, which made everything a lot easier. Bellagio is beautiful, and staying here was a pleasure. We definitely recommend this place and would gladly return! ❤️

The breakfast area was nice. The location was an issue, and the room was very small with poor sound insulation.

Wonderful and friendly staff. They informed us in advance about planned railway strikes, which helped us get to the city conveniently. The breakfasts were tasty, and if the weather was good we enjoyed a fantastic view from the terrace. The room had a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, and even a iron, which added comfort.
