How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel is close to Ponte da Amizade and easy to reach. The bathroom faucet leaked, the old shower box didn’t close properly and leaked water throughout the bathroom, the towels could be better, and there was only one outlet in the room, which was being used by the mini‑fridge. The lighting was weak and the installation was old.

The location is the best so far. The place could be cleaner, but given the high foot traffic I understand.

The location was good, but the bed was bad, the breakfast was poor, the service was terrible, there was no hot water, and we had to change rooms.
