The location is great, right in the heart of Puerto Natales, with a café, supermarket, and pharmacy nearby. The owner’s service was fantastic. Over my 5‑day stay, he made sure the tour start times lined up with my breakfast schedule. If I return to the city, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The owner was really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our room was spacious and the hostel’s location—just a short walk to the center, restaurants, a laundromat, pharmacy and supermarkets—was super convenient. The only thing we missed was a small table in the room, but otherwise it was all good.

Being right in the city centre is handy, but the place didn’t feel worth the cost. Towels and linens were dirty, and breakfast was pretty bland. I'd rather stick with a regular hostel than this one.
