“Décevant”
The restaurant. The room: WC in the bathroom, window overlooking a lane. The value for money.

A beautiful, peaceful hotel with an ideal spot—quiet yet close to all the amenities.

The room was spacious enough for two cribs, the location was excellent—calm, silent, yet close to the center. Breakfast was superb, and the cold plunge, dry sauna, pools, and tubs were good. The restaurant was fine but pricey, and the kids’ club worked for older kids only. Overall, we paid a very high price for a nice hotel; based on our travel experience, the cost should be about 40 % lower. The gym was very poor, the hammam seemed on energy‑saving mode with long cold periods before steam returned, and afternoon tea was heavily priced—should be included in the daily rate. The rooms lacked climate control, making it hard in summer, and the curtains didn’t block morning light, which was a problem for jet lag. I mention these issues because of how much we paid per night; something better and more inclusive should have been provided at that cost.

Everything about the place, its understated luxury and the service quality impressed me; there was nothing to complain about.

The staff are exceptional—especially the concierge and shuttle drivers. The property is very close to town and it’s nice to have the ski shop on site. The food was not good at all, except for breakfasts and desserts; the menu was very limited.
