The front‑desk service was good, but the stairs were an issue – we arrived with a somewhat heavy suitcase and had to stay on the second floor where there was no elevator.

The staff service and location were good, and the room was very nice. The air‑conditioning didn’t work well and the TV remote was defective.

The location was good, staff were attentive, and the bed was comfortable. Because the street is very busy, there’s a lot of noise. Some guests also don’t respect the quiet in the corridors leading to the rooms. I’d suggest putting warning signs.
