“Could have been better”
I appreciated the bright, open‑plan entrance, but I had asked for an accessible room and received a ground‑floor one instead; the check‑out times were unclear and ordering food at the bar wasn't explained, the dinner service from ordering to delivery was very slow, and the breakfast items arrived cold.
The hotel was clean, high‑quality with good rooms, a nice bar, and a restaurant, but its location was a little far out.
The receptionist was unfriendly, and we also had a broken shower that splashed water everywhere.
The food was excellent, though parking was pricey.
