Very pleasant accommodation with absolutely nothing missing, perfectly located in the center of Petrovac, a few minutes’ walk to the beach and promenade, a minute to a shop. The best part is the large terrace of the apartment with an olive tree shade. The hosts are very kind and friendly people who do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The spot is spot-on—just a 5‑minute walk from the city beach, a stone’s throw from the main market, and close to Lučice and Perazića Do beaches. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, the cleanliness is solid, and the kitchen is well equipped.

The location is great, only a few hundred meters from the sea, and the terrace under the olive trees is lovely. The host is very friendly, the room has a fridge, and the shared kitchen is fully equipped. However, the house is noisy in the early morning, the mattress and bedding feel old, the carpets are worn, and the bathroom is cramped.

The place is close to the supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, city beach, and the setalista. When we arrived, nobody greeted us and the key was left on the door. Communication was only through messages. We were given a tiny room with very little space. We requested a sea‑view room like on the photos, but we didn’t get it. The room we stayed in was number 1, probably the worst. The listing said there was a TV, but it had no signal and was unusable. The hair dryer that was mentioned was missing. There is no parking, and the nearest paid parking is far away. The internet was bad. The building and room look very similar to the photos, but everything feels old and needs updating.
