“Elegant and conveniently located hotel in the center of Vienna. Amazing breakfast.”

The staff were highly professional and hospitable, giving great restaurant and touring Vienna recommendations and accommodating all requests. The room and hotel were beautiful and very elegant, and I enjoyed the live piano music in the lobby evenings. I was quite pleased.

A stylish hotel with a location you can’t beat—everything’s within walking distance. The room was clean, roomy, and pretty. Breakfasts were tasty and filling, and we’re totally happy with our stay.

“観光に便利”

楽友協会がすぐ近くにあり、ウィーンフィルの公演を十分に楽しめた。また観光の拠点とするのに便利だった。ホテル自体は歴史的に古いものだが豪華でありクラシック建造物を好む人にはおすすめ。きちんとメンテナンスされていたと思う。チェックイン時のレセプション責任者の温かい言葉とリカバリー配慮に心が救われた。. 5つ星ホテルにしては他の同等ホテルと比べると全体にスタッフのホスピタリティとプロフェッショナリティが欠けて思えた。チェックインを待っているあいだ、前レセプション担当者の言動に啞然とするとともに非常に悲しくなった。しかし、５つ星水準としてはずかしくないスタッフもいらっしゃることがわかり今後の接遇改善に期待したい
