I was disappointed with the room facilities—no mat, no toothbrush, and everything had to be paid separately, which is different from other ibis budget hotels that usually provide these. The room amenities and breakfast were lacking.

Nothing good. Everything was wrong: the photos didn't match what we saw, I was misled, the place was noisy, and there was no privacy.
