Only the desk bhaiya tried to cooperate after many problems, but the owner was rude. We stayed 3 days, yet after 12 PM on day 1 there was no electricity or water, no inverter or anything, and the owner flat‑out refused any refund or assistance.

I saw the pictures of this third‑class hotel right when we checked in, and the staff were utter nonsense—no sense of how to talk to guests. I complained three times about the cleanliness, but the owner never responded. Never again will I stay here; the experience was awful. I've never seen such an unhygienic, poorly maintained hotel in my life. I won't book Oyo hotels again.
