The location was ideal for the beach, and the fridge in the room was a great addition. Parking felt a bit tight for my long vehicle, the shower was a bit small for someone above average size, and there were no wardrobe or bedside tables.

Breakfasts were excellent, with an honesty bar at reasonable prices. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, and letting us into our room 3 hrs early was a bonus. The bed was a little small—probably because of the room size—as was the shower; space was tight but adequate.

I was really happy with my stay at this B&B. James was an exceptional host, showing himself extremely welcoming, warm and attentive right from the moment I arrived, doing everything to make me feel comfortable and settled. The room was spotless, very bright and pleasant, with a particularly comfortable bed that let me enjoy very good nights. I also liked the common areas a lot; the dining room was great for breakfast and the lounge was a friendly spot to relax. There were snacks available, with a price list and a box where everyone could just drop the indicated amount, based on trust—a small touch I appreciated a lot. Breakfast was delicious, especially the full English breakfast. The location was ideal, close to shops, other amenities, the seafront and the pier, all easily reachable on foot, which was very convenient. A superb address with truly warm hospitality. Thank you very much to James for his hospitality—I will definitely come back with great pleasure!

The hosts were very friendly and always available. The guesthouse is situated on a quiet side street. Breakfast was well selected. I wasn’t clear that my room had a toilet in a shared bathroom on the hallway. Access was only with a code – very uncomfortable at night!

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach. The room, though small, had everything we needed, including a fridge which was a bonus. Clean and tidy, and the hosts were very welcoming. We didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment, but everyone looked happy enough when we passed by. Parking is limited on the property, but there’s a carpark at the end of the road and free street parking if you’re lucky!
