The hotel meets all tourist needs with a great location, spaciousness, cleanliness, and the management is very attentive even before arrival; the restaurant is highly professional, the dishes are fresh, options are plentiful, especially the large breakfast, and I thank Manager Ibrahim for his kind personality, good manners, and responsiveness—his presence and team made the stay unforgettable. The place is fantastic, the view is beautiful, and the team is cooperative and friendly, especially Mr. Ibrahim who impressed us with his courteous behavior, along with Mr. Ismail who welcomed us with superb hospitality. The staff are fantastic, especially Ibrahim, Albraa, and Ismael. 2. The breakfast is tasty and diverse. 3. The view is wonderful. 1. The curtains do not fully cover the windows, leaving the upper part exposed, which can make you feel exposed and prevent full sun blockage. 2. Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi emitted a strong bad odor immediately after turning on the water, so we chose not to use it; this seems to affect only the top‑floor rooms. 3. The walkway to the reception and restaurant is very close to the road, which could be risky for children. 1. The curtains don’t cover the windows completely; the upper section remains fully exposed, which might make you feel exposed and can’t block out sunlight entirely, and I think this note applies only to top‑floor rooms. 2. Unfortunately, a strong foul smell appeared right after turning on the Jacuzzi, so we preferred not to use it. 3. The walking path leading to the reception and restaurant is very close to the street, which could be unsafe for children.
