“Cute boutique hotel with amazing staff and fantastic value for money.”
Very clean staff were accommodating and nothing was a problem. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was lovely and very filling. Nothing

I loved the modern vibe of this boutique spot and the free afternoon tea was a nice touch.

The room was lovely and centrally located, yet our stay fell apart from the start: we waited 40 minutes at check‑in, the card terminal failed and we had to walk 16 minutes to an ATM, then water leaked into the ceiling soaking our stuff. The manager offered drinks at the restaurant as a remedy, but later insisted we pay for them, which we declined. We’d booked a taxi through the hotel at a set rate, only to find the price doubled the next day. The manager’s unfriendly demeanor towards staff, especially a helpful female trainee who genuinely tried to make things right, was disconcerting. The room’s beauty couldn't mask the poor organization, lack of professionalism, and mishandled incidents that left us disappointed.

The place was clean, the staff friendly, and the location convenient, but the room felt cramped for the price compared to other nearby hotels.
