We especially appreciated the warm hospitality of the entire team; every staff member was consistently friendly, helpful, attentive, and polite, and whenever we had questions or needed help with the kids, they responded immediately and with great understanding. It was clear that guest wellbeing was the top priority for everyone, so we felt completely comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of. Huge thanks and praise to the whole team.

Die Pools, das Essen und die freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Das Meer ist viel zu tief für kleinkinder. Man geht rein läuft 1m dann wirds gleich sehr tief

The staff were very friendly, there was a wide selection of food and drinks, and I appreciated that they could mix any drink on the spot. The hotel offered bowling, billiards, and a different animation program each day, like Oktoberfest, and the rooms were clean and well maintained; the beach was very nice. The pools were incredibly cold, even the indoor one, so having a warm‑water pool and hot tubs would be great. The shops inside the resort were unbelievably expensive—paying 10€ for a small ball that elsewhere costs a maximum of 2€, and similar. I would welcome a karaoke bar and a shisha bar in the hotel.

Room view and facilities. Our daughter was scratched by a hotel cat, causing minor bleeding. The hotel clinic and Guest Relations initially assured us the cat was vaccinated because it was wearing a collar. The next day, we were told there was no proof of vaccination and advised to go to a government hospital, where our daughter was given the rabies vaccine. Conflicting information
