The owners and their family are absolutely amazing and make you feel so welcome! The location is perfect, right across the street from the public beach entrance and just a short walk to Siesta Key Village. Everything is very clean, cozy, and has that wonderful home-away-from-home feeling. There's also a great pool and a nice outdoor shower. Such a wonderful place to stay!

We have stayed at the Ringling Beach House on several occasions. We must say that we requested the Trapeze room 12 months ago and also requested it again nearer to our holiday. We were disappointed that we were given the room called the Dancing Bear, which used to be the office at the front of the building. The front door wasn't appealing as it was in disrepair upon entry and had a gap at the bottom.

The location and facilities (pool, room facilities such as fridge, A/V, iron, cooker, shower, TVs, etc.) were all excellent, and the staff (Susan and Carl) were great. Other people around but it was never crowded, making it a great place for our stay. The room we stayed in, called "Clown," was large and comfortable but would definitely benefit from some TLC in terms of redecorating. We noticed paint chips on doors, badly scuffed skirting boards, missing or torn wallpaper, dirt on walls, chipped crockery, and loose cupboard doors. Based on that, we would not stay in that room again, and overall it turns a "Fabulous" recommendation into an "ok/good." Disappointing, as all it needs is a few dollars to bring it up to expectations.

I liked the property because it is wide, clean, spacious, and has everything needed to cook and manage daily life. Susan, the host, is 20 points, attentive to everything, and always ready. It is only one block from the beach, and the beach is divine and empty.

The location was perfect and it was an easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The owners were great to communicate with, and their response time was so fast. We requested extra towels, and almost after a minute or two, we got them. The check‑in instruction was easy to get and follow. We stayed at the Flying Trapeze; it was good enough for a family of three and a cat. They allowed us to bring our pet, which we were grateful for. They provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and wagons. Susan and Jeremiah were very helpful. And finally, the performance/price ratio was very high. I wish they had a washer and dryer. (They don't advertise that they have it for the room we stayed in; they are completely honest about it.) The bathroom was a little small. The beach gear was a little bit old and rusty; Susan told us they would renew them.
