The room was roomy and the shared areas weren’t overcrowded; the living room and dining area were nicely decorated and well equipped, yet there was only one bathroom for four rooms and a small kitchen, the doors creaked when opened, and there was no private TV in the room.

I stayed for a single night for work; the place is good value and has everything needed in the room, kitchen, and bathroom, but it was very noisy. I was unlucky to share the space with guests who kept loud noises late into the night, and I was hoping for a quiet morning before my 11‑hour shift; guests rose shortly after me and spoke loudly from dawn, so the noise persisted. It isn’t the host’s fault that guests slam doors, slam locks, and talk loudly, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you need peace or have to get up early. Perhaps a small sign could warn that it’s noisy and ask guests to be considerate. Personally, I ended up sitting on a parking spot for about an hour to get some quiet before my shift.

It was quiet, and we didn’t need to bring bedding or towels, but there was no logic to the lighting switches. You can hear the neighbor snoring, and you have to log in to see TV, with no instructions on the TV.

I never actually stayed there, but it felt like a dumping ground and I’d like my money back. The keys were identical for every door.
