The location. The service was totally impersonal, they don’t specify the services included in the contract, the un‑included services have a significant surcharge, no communication and, above all, no one to guide me regarding the type of stay I contracted.

Getting there was easy, and the staff were very attentive. The room was tiny but functional, and the fan was huge. The room still needs a fresh coat of paint.

The people who attended us were kind, and the reception and service staff were friendly. The noise sounded like a celebration nearby; I wasn’t sure if it was inside or around the building, but the sound was unmistakable.
