“Could be better”
Convenient for both Universal and SeaWorld, but we had no power all night and into the morning; I had to call several times to switch rooms and they only offered free breakfast vouchers.

Most elevators were out of service, only one worked, and it took forever.

The location was great, but a storm knocked out the generator and caused a power outage.

We stayed in the towers, but only one elevator worked, meaning we had to wait about 15 minutes; that was a bit of a hassle, though everything else was great!
