This was our second time staying at the Brickhouse and we love it. We come into town for weekend softball tournaments every few months and this is the place we stay if it is available. The room and property are nice and clean and located in a nice quiet community. The owners are quick to respond to messages and getting in and out is easy. The room is basically a mother‑in‑law suite with a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. It is clean, well kept, and comfortable with everything you expect from a nice hotel (towels, linens for the pull‑out sofa, fridge, microwave, iron, etc.). It is located only a few miles from some of the main shopping and restaurants but doesn't have the noise and traffic of a hotel. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting an excellent room without the crazy prices. The only fault in the whole room is the shower. It is clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash, but it is a little tight. Especially, if your tall (I'm 6' 6") or have mobility issues.

The room was a guest house separate from the main house. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and the room was very clean and nicely presented. As a guest house it is a little on the small side but compared to a hotel room would be considered large. It was my wife, our daughter, and me staying and the second bed was a pull‑out couch in the separate seating/living room area. The bed was firm but comfortable and a full size not a queen. This was not an issue for us but something to consider if you need a larger bed. Overall, this was a great experience and definitely beats staying in an overpriced hotel. I will definitely be looking to stay here in the future. There were only two little things that could be better but definitely not deal breakers. First, the shower is small. This wasn't a problem for my wife and daughter but as a tall guy it was a little cramped but it got the job done and was very clean. Second, there is a nice sized TV in the bedroom but no TV in the living area where the pull‑out couch is located. Again, not a big deal because my daughter just watched her phone (good Wi‑Fi by the way) but if you have small kids or want to watch TV lounging on the couch it isn't available.

Quiet and close to everything, this spot turned out to be a great place to stay.
