As soon as I reached the hotel, the receptionist told please contact the customer care. We cant give you room here. There is no water. Supply at all So it's better you have to contact. Then I told I'm too tired. I can't do it now. It's already 1:00. I was supposed to come here by 12 itself, but it's too sunny and I was stuck in traffic.And then he told, sir, it'll take two minimum 2 hours to finish that repairing afterwards You will get the water, I asked there wont be problem afterwards. I'll get water right? He said yes, sir you'll get water afterwards no worries but as of now there is no water. I ask whether the room is ready? He said. Yes, sir. The room is ready. Then I went and I took the room just to find out that bedsheets were untidy & Stinky .And there was the AC was not working and the bathroom was very stinky and it was very foul smelling. And then there were literally no batteries inside the remote, so I can't use tv and all tm. As I was very tired I took the nap and then in the evening when I woke up, I went to freshup . At that time the cold water was coming, but there was no hot water to take bath.I asked the room service guy, who was simply roaming around. He told that as there is some repair going on, you might not get hot water now & you will get it in the morning. I said, okay. And I so I had food and all.Then I slept, just woke up in the morning, ah that there is no hot water and there is not even cold water in the morning. 6:00.So I called them to ask why isn't it repaired yet just to get yelled that he has told us yesterday itself that repair going on so i hat to check out at 7 am in the morning & so many child labours & pakistani/bangladeshi workers in hotel

The worst experience ever; all the facilities mentioned above were in question.

I didn’t like the property at all: customer service was terrible and there was no cleaning at all; mainly the cleaning and customer service were very bad.
