I loved every aspect of the property; the staff were very friendly and the food was excellent.
We had a fantastic stay at Joud by the Sea in Zanzibar. Everything was truly amazing: the setting is beautiful, very pleasant, and perfectly suited for enjoying the island. We especially appreciated the warm welcome and kindness of the whole team. The owner kindly upgraded us for our honeymoon, making the trip even more special. The room was well equipped with plenty of toiletries, a real bonus that shows attention to detail. It was a wonderful experience in a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return. Thanks again to everyone for a marvelous stay!

The location is right on the beach, the vibe is amazing, and the staff are very friendly, spreading smiles everywhere. The food variety on site is great, and the breakfast chefs are outstanding. The rooms have a unique, excellent design. The resort is filled with plants, trees, flowers, and more. Thank you, Joud, for making my holiday the best. There wasn’t much to criticize.

The facilities, food, and restaurant staff were all good, but the front‑desk girl didn’t answer any of our requests and seemed to not understand what we were saying. The housekeeping was sloppy and the towels were forgotten.

Joud by the Sea opened recently and is beautifully designed to fit the surrounding nature. Everything is impeccably maintained, with great detail from the gardens to the natural décor. The rooms are stunning, and the sea view from Jambiani is breathtaking. A special thank you to General Manager Ahmed, who was extremely helpful and attentive throughout my visit. The entire staff is kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. It’s a truly beautiful, peaceful place I would definitely recommend.
