I liked how close the location is to the center—no need for a car, the mall, cafés, restaurants, and transport are all nearby. The beds need updating, but otherwise it's acceptable.

The hotel is beautiful and nice. The breakfast is modest and the rooms are very small—just enough for one person; the bathroom has no shower curtain (just a cover).
A great place in a perfect location and the staff were very helpful. We had a few timing issues and lost a few things, but they assisted a lot. The room is too small and that should be clarified.

This was my second stay at this hotel, the first back in 2019. It sits perfectly within walking distance of Bursa’s historic centre and is also convenient for bus‑station travel by tram. Breakfast was good.
