All the staff were brilliant, especially the safety team, who were AAA+++ and helped me with my injury professionally and urgently. We arrived late, and they left food in the fridge for us. Thank you. It would be nice to have a bit more food for kids between lunch and dinner for all‑inclusive; only sweets were available.

The whole stay was 10! Highlighting Elisa’s service in the dining room, Adriana at the bar, and the entire entertainment team who are wonderful and attentive. The Friday and Saturday shows were marvelous! The shower and bathtub didn’t have a shower head.
