“Hotel mit vielen positiven Überraschungen”

We were greeted warmly by owner Sebastian Gritsch upon arrival. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and modernly furnished. At breakfast, the chef serves us personally, and his stand‑in, Aunt Carmen, is also very attentive. Personal groceries can be stored in a separate fridge, and there’s a well‑stocked beverage cooler with reasonable prices plus a free candy bar. Transport links are excellent and parking is ample. We’ll definitely return. The only thing missing was the option to have a scrambled or fried egg; otherwise, it’s fine.

“Familiäre Atmosphäre im modernen Gästehaus”

The hotel sits quietly on a side street, offers its own parking, and the entire property is very clean. Our room was generous and contemporary. Breakfast is lovingly prepared with everything needed for a great start. The owner is always on site or reachable by phone and extremely friendly. No negatives, but a note: we chose this place for its good reviews and proximity to the Opera in Bregenz (Google Maps walking distance about 3.9 km). Walking along a busy road isn’t recommended, especially at night; buses are definitely preferable. Tip: parking costs 9 € per day at the Festbühne.

The private rental is run with great care, the host is very pleasant, breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are large. The only improvement would be to add window grilles.

“Sehr sauber, ruhig, herzlicher Gastgeber”

The host is very friendly and accommodating. The guesthouse is clean, breakfast was good, and our room had a nice, spacious balcony. The only downside was that we were not entirely satisfied with the beds.
