The rooms were spacious, breakfast was good and varied, and there was a free shuttle to the pier. The cleaning was a bit rough, and the room was poorly insulated – we could hear all the hallway noise and outside sounds through the window.

Breakfast was excellent and varied, the mattresses were comfortable, and the sea view was lovely. Floor cleaning could be improved.

The property in Semporna had just been renovated, and the facilities were clean and decent, with a buffet breakfast that was included. The location was central, within walking distance of most restaurants and shops, making it a nice stopover spot in Sampras. No complaints.

The shower was very good and the bathroom felt modern, while the bedroom was a good size. However, the front‑desk staff were not very helpful; upon arrival they demanded a 100‑ringgit cash deposit, which seemed odd and we refused. They said it was for potential damage. The kettle didn’t work and the toilet flush was a bit broken, so the room was already faulty. The hotel’s advertised location was misleading—it’s actually about a ten‑minute walk from the pier, requiring a stroll through market stalls to get there.
