“Nice stay in a beautiful environment with friendly staff”
The place was welcoming, nicely decorated, and the staff were friendly, yet the beds weren't that comfy.

I was greeted by a friendly atmosphere, but the food was just average and left me a little disappointed.

I couldn't see any way to improve this venue; my room was spacious, almost a suite for a solo traveler, with great computer facilities, comfortable and well equipped, and an enormous bed; the tapas‑style dinner in the evening was perfect, breakfast was excellent with interesting choices, and the staff were brilliant throughout—I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Leeds/Bradford and will definitely stay there again when I'm in the area.

Nice spot just 200 yds from our family, with a good bar and clean, comfortable rooms; however, on our second visit we again faced no hot water (fixed by late evening) and occasional vibration noises from above, especially in Room 6, which we reported to the hotel hoping it will be sorted; the lady serving breakfast could learn to smile and be more approachable—she was the same on our first visit.

Nothing stood out; the tables in the snug were empty of people but full of empties, the dinner was dreadful with skewered chicken and lamb that were dry as a fart, and the bedroom was cold because heating was off, so I couldn’t turn on the towel rail in the bathroom.
