We paid in advance for the jacuzzi room, yet there was no hot water, the AC malfunctioned, and the TV was broken, so we checked out and were told we’d get a refund; after three calls the manager still hasn’t returned our call.

I was disappointed with everything—no hot water in the entire hotel, and the staff knew it when I checked in but never mentioned it. I even told them it was my birthday, hoping they'd make an effort, but they didn't. The sheets were dirty, causing a rash all over my back. My key kept malfunctioning, so I had to change it repeatedly. The staff were unfriendly and refused to help when I explained my issues. I will never stay here again.

The hotel is cheap and well‑situated near Shenandoah or The Woodlands, handy for those heading to Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion or the mall. The rooms are clean and functional. Breakfast only offers coffee and bread. The main entrance is small and, being on a highway, you must be careful when entering and exiting because cars travel at high speed. Keep an eye on your GPS so you don’t miss it.

The manager was extremely rude. I tried to check in around 3:30, couldn’t find her, searched everywhere, even behind the counter. When she finally appeared she ignored me until I asked if she was going to wait, and she told me if I had that attitude I should leave. So I left and went to a Super 8 down the street. Even though I didn’t stay there, I was charged $57 on my credit card and I want that refunded if possible.

There was no light bulb in the lamp, no plate on the outlet, no ice bucket or machine. I had to go to the office for breakfast, and the bagel and coffee were not even water. I was asked to empty my trash can, and there were no glasses in the room if I wanted a drink of water. I know this sounds petty, but after a long day of driving it was an aggravation. I expected more from a motel associated with Wyndham and was disappointed.
