A very nice hotel, you feel very comfortable. Everything was good.

The high‑class establishment had a very welcoming and available staff; we especially liked the daily housekeeping and the changing of bed linens and towels. We were two adults, one child and one baby, and the room was spacious enough even with a sofa bed and a baby cradle. The view of the pool was lovely, and the outdoor area was very pleasant for drinks and swimming, with fresh water available on demand. The only drawback was that the hotel was slightly out of the city centre, requiring two trams to get to the centre.

The heated pool, large secure parking, and complimentary small fruit juice bottles in the room were great; the staff were friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The restaurant, however, was not good, under‑served and pricey, and the restaurant staff were not attentive, poorly trained, though still smiling and kind.

The location near the highway made it convenient for a night’s stay, but the hotel’s restaurant was quite tasteless, and the pool was a bit dirty.
