The area is excellent, with walking access to many attractions nearby. A few blocks from the hotel, a 5‑minute walk, is the public parking at San Juan de Dios. The hotel gave us a ticket for our stay that gave us a discount on the parking. Overall, good value for money. One thing that could improve: the pillow was a bit uncomfortable, and the side of the jacuzzi outside was slightly loose.

The staff were attentive and friendly, the location is very central and surrounded by everything you need, but there was a bit of a cleanliness issue and some basic maintenance was lacking, such as burnt-out lights and a curtain track in poor condition.
