“Loved the fact our room opened straight into pool”

The beautiful gardens and tranquil atmosphere were lovely, but unfortunately the room we stayed in had a mouldy smell.

“Very good will stay again”

Breakfast was very good—you get everything you need, the staff were superb and friendly, the spa was one of the best I’ve experienced, the resort felt luxurious, the rooms were good and the mattress was very nice, and the location is close to Patong Beach and Bangla Road, just a 15‑minute walk. However, some rooms are very far from the reception because the property is huge and you have to walk a lot inside, and a few rooms lack a bathtub.

“Lovely like always.”

We absolutely loved our room—the location, the friendly staff, the showers were good, and the large bed was always great for a relaxing holiday. We appreciated the new towel‑origami that the room‑service girl left every day after cleaning. The day‑bed on the balcony became a favorite spot to rest before the next activity, and the snacks and beer in the bar‑fridge were also big favorites. On the downside, the breakfast could have offered more dishes; the protein options were noticeably fewer than during previous visits, though still a very good breakfast. All the hotel staff asked for ratings and reviews after every service—even the cleaning girl—which felt a bit too much for us, but I assume it’s a new policy that wasn’t there before. I could have done without it, because I will review the hotel on my own time when it’s due.
