“Personal top, Zimmer Flop”
The staff were very friendly and responded quickly to my complaint. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the building and the city centre is easily reachable on foot. I booked a Standard single room on the 2nd floor of the main building, on a quiet street. When I arrived, one of the two spots in the bathroom was broken, the LED strip in the room was hanging down and not working, and a large spider was hanging over the bed. After I complained, everything was cleaned up immediately – the staff were top! When I returned after my event, there was no soap left in the dispenser at the sink, so I took the small packaged soap from the basket. The power socket at the bed seemed to have a short circuit (black inside), which was dangerous. The wooden furniture was worn out with obvious flaking, the floor was covered with an old carpet in parts, and the bathroom had round mosaic tiles. Definitely not 4‑star level.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the free parking in front of the entrance was convenient. Breakfast was good and the bathroom was spacious. The mattress was quite firm and the room stayed warm, so there was no air conditioning.
I arrived a bit late and they told me a card for the room’s electricity would be at reception, but it wasn’t there. I got into the room with the code they sent, but I had to use my phone as a light because I was exhausted and fell asleep right after arrival. The next day I complained, they said they’d call me, but no one called even after I contacted them twice asking for a refund.
