The location was excellent with a great view, but the apartment was not luxurious, needed a full renovation, felt very worn out, and the check‑in was annoying.

The building itself is gorgeous and the pool was fantastic, but the check‑in process was a hassle that put a damper on the start of the stay.

The manager was on hand when a few kitchen appliances broke, but the kitchen itself could have been cleaner and we could have used a couple more towels.
