The hotel’s facilities are excellent, and the new pool area is fantastic. The food is sensational with many options for every taste. It would be even better if they offered draft beer or IPA.

The unlimited food is the highlight. The bedding, room organization, and bed arrangement are lacking, and the pillows are disappointing, though the overall cleanliness is good.

Everything was very clean and well maintained. Nothing disappointed me; everything was perfect.

Service was flawless, and the food variety was impressive. The only issue was that during both nights of the pizza buffet, activities were ending at 21.30 hrs, so we couldn’t be served after that; we complained and the same thing happened the next night. I understand the staff’s fatigue, it’s just a minor objection.

The staff are very attentive, always helpful and friendly. The food is excellent, with an unmatched variety and quality. Event and service punctuality is flawless. Almost all pools are heated, so we enjoyed each day even in bad weather. The towel exchange for outdoor areas is efficient, and the cleanliness of all places is wonderful. There is a resting space in every area, and the outdoor spot is organized, clean, and spacious. The only downside was the bathroom box, which felt too short to enter, making access difficult.
