The hotel was clean and comfortable, and its location was good. Breakfast was excellent and added great value, and the coffee was good too. The room was nice, and even small details like the iron were in good shape and worked well. The shower head could be upgraded for better water pressure, and the desk chair should be replaced because it was peeling apart and pieces of the cover were falling on the floor.

Breakfast was pretty good. I couldn’t lower the AC temperature; it stayed at 72 degrees even when I set the thermostat lower. The mattress was a bit too firm for us.

The hotel was very nice and everything had been updated. They offered a pool, a hot tub, and a hot breakfast the next morning. The location was great, and the beds were very comfy—something I’ve never experienced in a hotel before, and I was surprised. They had vending machines, meeting rooms, an exercise room, and a computer room. I liked that not just anyone could walk in because you needed keys to access the doors and the pool. I didn’t like that the hot tub and pool were both salt water, which threw me off, and they needed to clean them more often; the next morning the hot tub water was almost green. Also, one worker kept picking on my children; whenever they went to the vending machine or elsewhere she told them they needed to go back to their room, then later told them to leave and go back to their room again.

The place was old and ran down. Air conditioning barely worked, and I found an adult bed bug. Furniture was worn and broke down. The handicapped bathroom was a joke; the shower chair didn’t even fit in the tub, and all they did was add a few handrails to the existing shower. Absolutely pathetic. I called to get a few more towels, and the rude woman at the front desk acted like I’d just shot her dog.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! My room was dirty; under the couch was filthy, and the table had a broken leg. The cleanliness of the room was lacking.
