Lorran’s service was excellent and very attentive! The food was delicious and the place is beautiful. The hot tub isn’t usable, the bathroom and towels have a slightly unpleasant damp smell, and the curtain support could use improvement. Overall, the stay was much more positive than negative.

I’ve always loved staying here and continue to adore it, but this visit was even more special. I don’t remember the name of the man who welcomed us and prepared the meals, but his service was impeccable! I’ve never seen such a dedicated, attentive, and helpful employee from start to finish. His competence made all the difference in giving us a truly amazing night.

The place is stunning – really beautiful surroundings and everything was spotless when we arrived. The welcome felt warm and genuine, which set a great tone for the stay.

“Ótima hospedagem”

Lorran took care of us from the moment we got there; he’s friendly, super attentive and actually cooks a fantastic meal. The only thing that kept me from giving it five stars was the chalet’s lighting – it could use a brighter option.

“Aconchegante, Recomendo”

Lohan was a great help, always friendly and full of useful tips, and the food – both breakfast and dinner – was delicious. The bed was cozy and the hot water was a nice touch, plus the spot is quiet and pretty. On the downside, the bath towels felt thin and we could hear the neighbors through the walls.
