The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. I had requested a non‑smoking room but was given a smoking one, and when I opened the window it just faced a wall. I resigned myself to just sleeping there. The miso soup at breakfast was lukewarm and undrinkable, which was disappointing; I guess it’s free, so I just accepted it, though I think they should drop it and lower the price.

The front desk service was excellent, but the shower water pressure was very weak.

I could have coffee whenever I wanted, and I liked spending time sitting in the lobby.
